There are more jobs than people to fill them as it is. And I am talking about jobs that pay a living wage.

 

One of the biggest problems we have is that government can “create jobs,” it just can’t pay the salaries. In essence, these supposed “new jobs” are really just new taxes on everyone else. This is one of the major flaws of the Green New Deal. But of course these Marxists want the state to control everything, so government created jobs is a great way to achieve that.

And the Dems love the illegals. Speaking for the Dems, Pelosi calls them "our children." The Dems are not at all interested in getting rid of any parasites--they are in the business of creating them. For the Dems, the illegals are the disenfranchised.

 

I will again quote Cicero, politicians are not born they are excreted. I would broaden that to include all successful politicians.... honestly they are working for their own enrichment and I’m serious... I’ve known them and I also have a relative ( one who helped raise me ) who was one. With that said both Pelosi and Trump are of the same ilk . They both con the electorate to vote a certain way to placate the handlers, the oligarchs. With time they always wear you down. Have you ever asked yourself what these folks want?

I would suggest that they want to ultimately remove the power of the electorate... or at least cobble them into warring fractions... the old divide and conquer strategy.

Next remove the existing government and replace it with... now this is tongue & cheek, With a firm, kind and benevolent government which will gladly relieve you of governmental responsibility.

And all that has to happen is for the citizenry to give up their responsibility for judgement, thought (particularly thought) & responsibility.

Now that tactic wears many names... Marxism, Bolshevik strategy, socialism leading to outright Communism. And this is what we are facing... all government history is conspiratorial.

Doesn't matter. There is no one plan that would ever benefit anyone equally. And despite what you say, it is working for the country as a whole. The country is benefitting from Trump's policies. And while I have not seen any relief from his policies myself, I am glad to see many in our country get off of govt dependence and rediscover the dignity of work and have some measure of self-reliance.

False, they could not more different. Trump rubs shoulders with working people. He isn't afraid to associate with the unwashed masses that Pelosi does her best to avoid. Pelosi sees herself as elite and everyone, including the president as beneath her. She, reportedly, doesn't talk directly with her paid staff. I wouldn't be surprised if they are not allowed to make eye contact with her.

Trump likes working people and he goes to hospitals and personally delivers Purple Hearts to injured service personnel. He supports and takes a personal interest in our law enforcement and shows up to pay his respect to them at memorial services like the one they held last week or so. He gets out of DC to be around regular people.

He doesn't con the voters at all. If he were a con, we would not see him fulfilling over 70% of his promises and we would not see the positive changes he promised would come. Trump actually does what he says he will do. That is not the nature of a con.

It's only the Left that is calling for removing the Electoral College and it is only the Left that is using illegal aliens as pawns in order to make them voters before they become citizens. They are the ones trying to remove the power of the electorate. That is all on the Left.

That is the ultimate goal of the Left that Trump thwarted. If Hillary would have been elected, we would have a socialist police-state. Socialism/Communism and Fascism have found their way into our political system under the cloak of "liberalism."

I am not tied to trump like you apparently, he does nothing for me and my community so involvement with him is ridiculous. A bloody waste of time. So if he wants our votes he better do something or go jump in a lake. There are other alternatives to your darling.

It has nothing to do with being an idealist. You don't like Trump because of your financial matters which are not his job to fix. I have thousands every year in taxes and I have mountain of student loans that I will probably not pay off in my lifetime. I still owe $9000 on a car and I am not whining that Trump won't get my vote because he doesn't get me a better job.

I am fair and reasonable because I am glad that the country is now going in the right direction even I am not benefiting from it. I am not going sit around and be immature, whiny and petty about it. I will simply man-up pay my bills and my taxes and continue to support the direction the president is taking the country.
