Standing before the Berlin Wall twenty-five years ago, President Reagan wanted Gorbechev to "tear down this wall."
Our current POTUS, with out any congressional approval, wants to, in essence, remove any barriers that keep illegal immigrants from taking away jobs that legal American citizens could otherwise qualify for.
Maybe it's purely coincidental that this year just hapens to be an election year.

As long as Americans had rather be on welfare than work [and politicians are willing to provide welfare] there will be a demand for illegals. -
