[Isa 3:9 NIV] . . . they parade their sin like Sodom; they do not hide it. Woe to them! They have brought disaster upon themselves . . .
Contrary to the false accusations of discrimination, what is being resisted is the parade of sodomy. That is the only way one who calls himself a homosexual can express himself as one. He parades his sodomy. That's what it means to "come out."
But far from resisting a person, what is being resisted is a behavior.

I know that we ALL still have sin issues after saved, NONE have reached state of sinless perfection, yet why would we be bending over backwards to show those in this christian love, yet leave them thinking by many professing to be Chrsitian that its now OK, don't worry about it, God accepts that now as long as in Christ? -

1 Corinthians 5, NASBIn short, we are to judge those who attend our churches. We are free, under biblical guidelines, to exclude those (i.e., require submission to church discipline) who fail to heed biblical guidelines regarding sin, conflict, church bylaws and reasonable church practices. We have not standing from a biblical perspective to make a judgment about those outside our church.
9 I wrote you in my letter not to associate with immoral people;
10 I did not at all mean with the immoral people of this world, or with the covetous and swindlers, or with idolaters, for then you would have to go out of the world.
11 But actually, I wrote to you not to associate with any so-called brother if he is an immoral person, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or a swindler -- not even to eat with such a one.
12 For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Do you not judge those who are within the church?
13 But those who are outside, God judges. REMOVE THE WICKED MAN FROM AMONG YOURSELVES.
And yet once again, I remind everyone, the "right to refuse service" laws cover any and all situations, provided the business owner doesn't specifically vocalize that exclusion as being based on arbitrary grounds such as race, color, creed, national origin, physical defect or affliction, or just because you don't like their lifestyle. -

You are misapplying that passage. However, Paul also said not to be unequally yoked:
2Co 6:14 Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?
The error you are making is to separate between a spiritual life and a secular life when you suggest that the pastor and the private Christian business owner are different in this aspect. They are not our lives are to be outside the church as they are inside the church. -
We must point out that society cannot survive if there is no solid standard to have judgement made by, and our law was based upon the chrsitian scriptures to great extent, so we were to govern and regulate behavior by Gods viewpoints!
Shall not kill/rape/murder/steal, and cannot condone/accept gay lifestyles as acceptable and not sexual perversions
NOT saying mistreat any gay person, nor refuse to give them jesus, nor set them apart as unable to be saved, but DO see that we cannot accept them doing all sorts of sexual acts without at least telling them of jesus, and warning them...
My Biggest concern is that they have pushed the gay agenda into Christianity, so many now buckling under that tidel wave of :you better accept us lifestyle and all"...
they want acceptance and love towards them with lifestyle also, but cannot do that!
many denominations have caved in, pastors have, and soon will be illegal for you to denounce and speak out against it!
satan has gotten many among professing christianity to do his propaganda for him! -
