Report: Ice Age to blast Earth

You trust Pravda?

I have to say, from most posters this wouldn't raise an eyebrow, but for the good rev to quote Pravda was quite a shock

 

Interesting:

If the earth is facing an ice age then the cause is the relationship of the tilt of the earth and it's orbit around the sun...... Otherwords, it's position and interactions with forces in space.

But if the earth is warming, it is because of polution and green house gases, the methane produced by the normal physiology of humans and animals, the polutants of industry, and the carbon emissions and polutions of crude oil products and coal.

The Rev refers to an article which takes the position of responding to an assertion made in Pravda.

The point is still valid and there is no 'ridicule.'

The WND for some reason here chooses to trust Pravda and the rev posts that position here.

I just find it humorous that arch conservatives would use Pravda as a source of truth.

 

Catcher, perhaps you should take that chill pill I offered you before! It was an observation of irony, since Mitch is always accusing people of being commies. Then he trusts an article using Pravda as a source. You missed the it dear! As Roger correctly pointed out, there was no ridicule. The laughing smilie was laughing at the obvious irony, not at Mitch.

I repeat what I have told you before...don't be so quick to be offended at things where there is nothing to be offended about.

If the Earth should be entering an ice age, then the leveling out of the temperature proves that Man-made conditions are causing GLOBAL WARMING climate changes:1_grouphug:

Does that mean that if it's hot this summer, it's because of manmade global cooling?

I know this cold snap is royally messing up the manmade global warming agenda...but hey, them's the breaks.

Again, the average world-wide is what counts. I even told you before the inernational press did: 2008 is the COLDEST year in the 21st Century (2001-2100) so far, the in the Third Millennium (2001-3000) so far, still it ALSO the 10th HOTTEST in the time 1880-2008.

The world is going to hell in a hand basket. I think hell will be full :type: of tooting cows
