No. I would have the government stop going after transactions among consensual adults and free up these limited resources to go after those selling drugs to anyone under 18 years of age.

This would be a tragic event in american history if this ever went into law. And it is not a conservative position. -
-
-
Let's see - what does conservatism stand for today?
Foreign adventurism, $500 billion yearly federal budget deficits, No Child Left Behind, a huge expansion of Medicare via the prescription drug program, a $3 trillion increase in the national debt, restrictions on campaign activities by citizens - all brought to you by a conservative Republican president and a conservative Republican Congress.
No thank you. I want nothing to do with what conservative stands for today.
I'm a libertarian, couldn't be prouder, if you can't hear me, I'll yell a little louder! -
Let's see...what do the leftie liberal libertarians stand for. Releasing drug dealers to roam the streets and service american children with their junk. Giving room ofr states to commit crimes against humanity by slaughtering unborn children at will. And then there is the legalizing of prostitution.
No thanks I will stay a conservative and never a liberal leftie libertarian. -
Hey, Timmy, you and Ahmadinejad seem to be in agreement about criminalizing private sin. Maybe the two of you can get together for dinner and discuss the theocracies that you and him advocate while he is in the country. -
-
I will repeat what I wrote earlier, Timmy:
"I would have the government stop going after transactions among consensual adults and free up these limited resources to go after those selling drugs to anyone under 18 years of age." -
But leave then walking the streets to continue in their drug dealing. -
With consenting adults? Yes.
-
Ignoring the subject again. If you leave drug dealers on the streets who sell to children, and most will sell to whoever has the money, the not putting them in jail leaves them on the streets to continue selling to children.
By the way drug use is not a private sin. -
2) That is true. It is not a sin to use a legal drug in moderation.
