Seems like they just got on the wrong bus.
-
Yep. That fully explains why they gave several different stories about why they were on the bus... especially considering that a favorite tactic of terrorists in Israel is to bomb school buses.
I'd say they were probably testing security and figured they'd be let off if caught on a "dry run". -
BTW, Any chance there were at least some hispanic kids on that bus?
-
Well our American way of justice will find them a nice place to stay . At Gitmo!!!! -
Troubling to say the least. I agree with Scott, it seems like a dry run for future activity. If I was the bus driver I dont think I would have let them ride all the way to the school.

I wonder if these men had been Anglo-Saxons(like Timothy McVeigh was) if people would be jumping to the same conclusions?

I dont think a bus driver ought to let anyone on their bus except for the kids who are supposed to be on it. Red, yellow, black or white in the times we live they all can be a fright.
Bro Tony -
Actually, we here in the Florida area are very leery of the Muslim community and with GOOD REASON - the 9/11 terrorists did all of their flight training here in FL.
The bus driver was a sub and was not sure if the two were students or not - they appeared young enough, but the students on the bus were the ones who alerted the driver that the two did not belong - it had nothing to do with "racial profiling." The students all know who usually rides the bus and who does not.
While it is true that these two may have accidentally gotten onto the wrong bus - this type of incident is the first of its kind and it is not a usual thing for strangers to hitch rides on school busses. They had to get up early, hang out at a bus stop, and try their best to "blend in" in order to gain access to the bus.
No one was hurt this time - but who knows what they were really doing on that bus? One can't help but be suspicious! -
Adult strangers don't get on school buses. -
Great. Now I've got "the wheels on the bus" stuck in my head.
"The Saudis on that bus they went to jail...
went to jail...
went to jail...
