I think it is wrong to say "A Democrat can never be a Christian." That would imply they are beyond God's grace. However, I would say A Christian can't be a Democrat. How can you support abortion which is a fundamental statement in the Democrat parties political position? I also believe homosexuals are not beyond God's grace, so should also be ministered to.

 

We've probably gone through this before, but are all Republicans going to be at the left hand of Christ and others at His right? Or will that be determined by what we each, personally, do in regard to putting out faith into practice?

Name-- ed. well, identify in some way, if not by proper legal name-- someone you know who had his or her food, shelter, or medical care taken away by Republicans, and tell how it came about.

You fail to demonstrate that your allegation is sound and true.

Do the Scriptures teach or support the opinion that one group of people should pay a higher percentage of tax than others?

Would you suggest that God is unjust or that God acts to favor the rich when the Scriptures teach the same 10% tithe for all believers regardless of whether they are rich or poor?

 

Have YOU done that, or are you a gargantuan hypocrite?

 

Those verses do not teach what you alleged in earlier posts, and those verses do not state nor teach that the government should require a higher percentage of taxes from the rich than from the middle class or than from the poor. Evidently you try to read something into the verses that they do not teach or you misinterpret them.

I didn't ask you that. You quoted Jesus telling the 'rich young ruler' to sell his possessions and give the money to the poor and then follow him. Have you done that? Yes or No.
