Ever learning, but never! being able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
It's just to simple for them to believe. :)
Agree.... Its actually calling God a liar because He has given general revelation"creation" and divine revelation"the scriptures" so they are without excuse.

Scripture is quite clear on how God created. He spoke. And for God, thats all the power it takes to create.

If scientists want to learn how life was created, all they have to do is look no further than the book of Genesis.

The Big Bang Theory in my book is when God spoke the worlds into existence. God spoke & BANG! there it was.

Yeah! Really! I'm so very UNimpressed!

These headlines and 'news' sounds to me like they are still 'looking' and haven't the foggist clue.

They might find more 'answers' if they'd search for God!

Did ya miss chapter 1 ? :jesus: And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. And God said......

No, didn't miss Gen. 1. But notice there are two creation stories. In Gen. 1 man is created last. In Gen. 2 man is created first. The order of creation is not the same. Is that a problem? Not to me. Why? Because both Gen. 1 and 2 say that God did it. That is what is important.

Gen. 1 is more in line with science than is Gen. 2.

CTB, your understanding is far different than mine. The man in chapter 2 was already created before the end of chapter 1. Or did you miss that part?

Guess we do see it differntly

However, your position makes me wonder ... how did God create a person from the earth who already existed?

Chapter 1 is creation in a nutshell. Chapter 2 is more detail regarding the unique creature which God created in his image and the developement of relationship between him and man. Chapter 1 tells the order of creation including the plants, and animals. On the 6th day the land animals and man was made. Chapter 2 goes into detail so that we can understand that God prepared the garden special for man. Just like man..... every thing, plant and beast, was mature ready to obey the command to be fruitful and multiply. God even provided the hydroponics for the garden and clean flowing waters for man and the animals. Have you read those first two chapters recently?
