If I didn't know better I'd think that you are avoiding answering the question.
Could you please tell me what you believe to be the major issue or issues that are equal to not putting someone who promotes abortion into a position of authority?
Since I can't get a reply from a Obamaite...

Some major issues off of the top of my head:
health care, the economy, the Iraq War, relations with Israel, relations with Russia, relations with Iran, foreign policy overall, inflation, education, abortion, homosexual marriage, etc., etc., etc. -
According to your warped viewpoint, everyone in America who has or will vote for Obama or any other Democrat is automatically destined to hell since they cannot possibly be a Christian.
Boy am I glad I don't attend your church. (I know, you are glad also.)
Maybe as you grow older and gain some wisdom you will refrain from saying dumb things like the ones you have stated here. -
You know what, dragonfly, I don't recall any directions for how to vote in a democratic form of government being given in the Bible. In fact, a lot of times decisions were made by what was in essence gambling - casting lots.
If how one votes was a going to determine one's salvation I wish the Bible had included instructions on it. You know, something like, "Thou shall not vote for a Democrat" or "Thou shalt vote for John McCain". -
Which of those issues even matter to the unborn after they have been aborted?
Other than abortion?
Do you provide some special status to the born over the living unborn? -
2) No.
We look at the subject of voting differently, targus. Just accept it and move on with your life. -
Some change in the health care delivery system is equally important to you than killing an unborn child and there by depriving him of all health care other than the fatal procedure delivered by the attending doctor?
Some change in the economy is equally important to you...?
Some change in the relations with your list of foreign countries is equally important to you...?
A one percent or less change in inflation is equally important to you...?
Some change in the educational system is equally important to you...?
Homosexual marriage? You mean promoting homosexual marriage is equally important to you...?
I notice that abortion is a major issue to you. Just wondering why it is the one that you choose to compromise on.
Tell me, in voting for Obama, which other major issues are you compromising on?
I would be interested in knowing. -
It sould seem that you do afford a higher status to the born over the living unborn.
You are willing to deprive the living unborn of everything on your list in addition to life itself.
In the name of some fuzzy possible changes to a laundry list of less important things.
As to moving on... this is a debate board. Why the urge to shut me down? -
I do not support abortion, regardless of what those here like you or TinyTim say. To act like a child, like TinyTim does and continue to rant and rave over something only shows your immaturity. -
Or is asking you to support your position only showing my immaturity?:saint: -

Disgusting.... -
Do you have an answer for that? Or is your vote merely for Warmonger A over Warmonger B? -
Can I answer? Can I answer?
Obama is .... an accomplice to murder. -

My concern is for upholding the sanctity of life. First of all, I do not nelieve in abortion. What exactly have the last three Republican presidents done to reverse the Republican dominated Supreme Court's Roe vs. Wade decision that made abortion legal in the first place? Why do Republican's believe that McCain will do anything more than Reagan, Bush 1, and Bush 2 have done?
The Republican party is clearly the party of war. Hundreds of thousands of living human beings have been killed in the Iraq war. McCain would continue it. Obama would end it. Republicans are for capital punishment. QAs we've seen recently that results many times in murdering an innocent person. In any event, it violates the principle of the sanctity of life.
Republicans never speak out against In Vitro Fertilization instead saying how nice it is that that young couple could finally have a child. This practice is exactly the same as abortion because it results in the murder of unborn embryos. -
@ = Bro Curtis...
Again to make my point, look down the post in this thread. I will repeat, all I need is a stack of anti-abortion bumper stickers and I can have all these votes.
@ = OP...
I go in the booth and select Obama then open the curtain. -
