We're friends with just about everybody!
-
Look at my location. Not only friends but family and coworkers also. My best friend is LDS he has been my best friend since I was three.
I am working on it, pray for me and him. -
It is hard to win people to Christ if you do not know anyone. Impossible to disciple them if you do not have a relationship with them.
-
well, why doesn't it read like were getting along with the other demonations in this forum? Every other thread it feels like is one bash fest after the other!
-
I love you, man.

Baptists, Methodists, Prysbyterian, Church of God, Assemblies, even people who don't go to church! -
My Friends in no order
Catholic, Jewish, Athiest, so called Satinist, Prodestant, believe it or not - I do not think any of my friends call themselves a Baptist - O my, am I not allowed to post any more HAHAHA
I am friends with anyone who is kind and loving and I pray they see the Light and come to Jesus but I will not turn from my friendships because of what they say they belive. -
I'll be your friend... I bet others will be too...

I don't believe that belief is a pre-requisite to one's eternal salvation, I don't believe that the Bible, Jesus, Paul, or Peter ever taught that one must believe first that one is justified by the blood of Christ before salvation can be effective for him, I believe that even if a Muslim or Hindu or anyone not belonging to traditional christendom doesn't hear the gospel preached to him he will wake up in Christ's arms if he is one of the elect of God.
Will you still want me for a friend, or would you rather bash me and my beliefs ? :wavey: -

That is one more horribly erroneous declaration of what calvinists believe.
Calvinists believe God saves sinners. This is reflected in their changed life and fruit of the Spirit being demonstrated.
Just as scripture says one must be reborn from above.
Scripture also declares that no man can come to the Father but through Jesus Christ. This eliminates those mentioned by pinoybaptist in his above post!
They are likely some that will be screaming with objections when Christs declares, "Depart from Me, I never knew you"!
So many opinions freely given on BB are strictly opinions but have no scriptural truth in them, sadly! -

I have always stated, and always maintained, I am not a Calvinist.
I do not believe that God elected people unto salvation in Christ, and then attached conditions as to how that election is to take effect, such as hearing the gospel first as preached by Calvinists.
There. Now, will you be my friend ?
(Uhmmmmmmm.....strangely, Uncharted has not replied if he will be my friend....ah, well, so much for "unity and friendship in the body of Christ" I guess, eh ?).
Nevertheless, I love you all. :flower: -
Two of my closest friends are atheists, another is Mormon, and another is Catholic. I value each of them very highly.
