I’m not sure what the IQ of a pitbull is, but I don’t think they would have released it back into the public domain. This woman is lucky to be alive

A friend of mine who was active in GOP politics years ago told me that they have a difficult time finding good people to be judges. I guess that is so. I would have put this guy in a juvenile facility for theft and assault.

Wouldn't it be justice that due to his impaired mental functioning, ththe would have to be "jailed" but not with max security prisoners, treated more akin to those in an asylum?

Wouldn't Islamic law demand death penalty though?

Not for violence against a kaffir. Kaffirs have it coming for rejecting Islam. They have no rights.

So Islamic law just governs those who are Muslims in their lands?

Let me answer you like this: even if I had the money, I myself would not go to Dubai because Islamic law is so strange that people have been arrested for what we consider to be nothing. Look at the case of the woman in Pakistan who drank water out of a communal bucket but she was a Christian. They sentenced her to death for that--I hope that I have presented the facts correctly.

My wife is a civilian for US army, was twice overseas for army at one of their bases in middle east, was told to never wander off base, stay in her army clothes, and do not "boss" around any males, nor drive, as in their Islamic nation, women cannot drive, nor get educated, nor rule over men!

If Bernie gets elected, it would be a tough choice.

You weren't amused? I gave emojis to convey I was being facetious.
As Sargeant Hulka once said: "Lighten up, Francis."
Just having a good natured poke.

Okay, the victim's sister is now saying this guy has been arrested again:

    Addendum #6
    1. Turns out it only took the kid 4 days to violate the restraining order.
    2. Tonight (2/26) SLMPD and SWAT stormed his house and took him back into custody.
    3. Let’s see how the prosecutors office handles this gift of a second chance they’ve just been given.

'I've been failed by the system' | Teen walks free after neighbor says he broke her nose, left her in bruises

courts whack, juvie courts even worse - if he's that slow, how can they expect him to under a restraining order? Sheesh.

Dangerous beasts have a much lower IQ and are restrained in fenced areas. What is the difference with this idiocy of justice?
