I've never heard of such a thing! This judge could save the community a lot of money and just appoint who she wants to win.

This sounds like something straight out of Orwell's "1984." The name of this provision is "FairVote" This goes along with Orwell since this provision is exactly the opposite of fair voting.

Seems fuzzy thinking to me. If everyone can vote six times than there should be no change in the election if they can only vote once.

Remember the old saw, "Vote Early, Vote Often."

For any judge to issue such a monumentally stupid ruling...I doubt much of anything ever crosses their mind. It's likely a vast wasteland.
