I doubt it will be tough for him at all. I expect that he will continue to say that the 2016 model should be followed and the nomination be put off until at least after the election or until January 21, 2021. I doubt he will have much to say about Amy personally.

We are pretty sure what we are getting and it is what we want. It is an advantage of picking ACB over Barbara Lagoa. ACB appears to be more reliable constitutionally, whereas Lagoa would be more of a wildcard judicially, especially as ACB had lots of opposition from liberals when confirmed to the court of appeals while Lagoa sailed through much more easily.
