When I was a kid, I was SURE that John 10:16 was talking about intelligent life on other planets. I mean, of course it couldn't have been something as mundane as Jews and Gentiles.
OBVIOUSLY, "not of this fold" means not of this planet. And in the end, whatever circumstances happened on those other planets and how God particularly revealed himself to those alien civilizations that He had created, Jesus was assuring us that in the end He was the savior of all possible worlds, all His sheep in all worlds/folds would hear His voice, He is the only shepherd, and we'd all be folded into eternity together in one fold. :)
While we don't know for sure if God created these other aliens in His image like us, we know for sure that they will have knees and tongues of some sort so they can all bow their knees and confess with their tongues that Jesus Christ Is Lord!!
And then as I grew up and believed more of what I read in God's Word than what tradition taught, I realized this Western Platonic notion of souls winging off to ethereal heaven was bunk and that Revelation 21 is pretty specific that eternity is in resurrected bodies in New Jerusalem in a New Earth after the old passed away.
So, I guess in the same manner that Mary is blessed among women, humans on Earth here are blessed among all civilizations of sheep because our fold/planet is the one that will be remade and all those green and gray and pointy eared sheep get to come be in the one fold with us.
I have to stop. But seriously...when I was a young lad, I really did wonder if the other folds meant other worlds and intelligent civilizations that God had created too which he would save.
Everything that has been created has been affected by sin.
All of creation groans in expectation of redemption.
Romans 8:21-22 Because the creation itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now.
I think that you miss' the point. The angles are created and they are not effected directly. Yes we can assume that they morn over the fall and look forward for redemption, but there are no space alliens and if there were there is no reason that they would be effected. They would know nothing of the fall and would not be effected directly.
