You really dont get it do you? There is a reason why other churches are successful & Baptist churches aren't & you just defined it ..... They cultivated the fields & planted & watered. Others were a no show or else didnt do the due diligence.

Actually I get it better than you. And by the way there are plenty of Baptist churches that are reaching people in your area. You just think that unless they dot their i's and cross their t's the way you do they aren't really reaching anyone.
