Stupid Gun Control Laws

Depends on the state for the most part; there are a few left where you can defend your: self, family, property. However the feds can get involved any time it looks like you deprived someone of their civil rights - which leads us into a discussion of the constitution and federal/state/individual rights and responsibilities.
