Swine flu vaccine is being pushed for children/pregnant women but has not been tested

    They're not beng forced into anything. Regular immunization is required as a part of their job, and they knew that when they got hired.

    Yes - but the swine flu shot is a new vaccine and not part of what they signed up for.

    No, their argument is that they do not trust the new vaccine, it's not been tested enough (and it's NOT a seasonal vaccine at all) and they feel they should have the choice to refuse it. Don't they have that right?

    Oh course they have that right. They can refuse to take the shot and find a different job.
