Citizenship and the Charter of Incorporation
Preface
Corporations cause harm every day. Why do their harms go unchecked? How can they dictate what we produce, how we work, what we eat, drink and breathe? How did a self-governing people let this come to pass?
Corporations were not supposed to reign in the United States.
When we look at the history of our states, we learn that citizens intentionally defined corporations through charters -- the certificates of incorporation.
In exchange for the charter, a corporation was obligated to obey all laws, to serve the common good, and to cause no harm. Early state legislators wrote charter laws and actual charters to limit corporate authority, and to ensure that when a corporation caused harm, they could revoke its charter.
During the late 19th century, corporations subverted state governments, taking our power to put charters of incorporation to the uses originally intended.
Corporations may have taken our political power but they have not taken our Constitutional sovereignty. Citizens are guaranteed sovereign authority over government officeholders. Every state still has legal authority to grant and to revoke corporate charters. Corporations, large or small, still must obey all laws, serve the common good, and cause no harm.
To exercise our sovereign authority over corporations, we must take back our political authority over our state governments.

Let's take this one paragraph at a time.
Which corporations are dictating what we produce, how we work, what we eat, drink and breathe?
How are they doing this? -
<edited out about PA-LE>
At least we all know who you are and what you believe. You're not pretending to be something you're not. -
They are controlling us through advertising propaganda, subliminal messaging and the power of suggestion.

I don't have any affiliation with ITL at all, but I would like to get your response to a question
Are corporations controlling our actions, production, eating? Which ones? And how are they doing it? -
A constitutional amendment has been proposed to declaw the corporations.
-
What you're not told is that corporations like the East India Trading Company were the government in British colonies. They had virtually unlimited rule in the colonies.
Towns and cities are also corporations.
There is no corporation in the U. S. that operates like the corporations prior to the Revolution. -
So where is poncho?
Kidnapped by the trilateral commission because he knows too much? -
>Corporations were not supposed to reign in the United States.
It was caused by an editing error in the court record of a Supreme Court Decision, (Someone) vs. Southern Pacific RR. -
So where is poncho?
Was he snatched away in one of those black helicopters? -
You might want to bail out now Targus because this thread will probably require reading a few articles and doing some fact checking. I don't have any urge to try and teach you something you don't want to learn.
If you want to keep acting like a fourth grader thumbing his nose that's fine too. Fourth grade brats can be ignored and sooner or later they lose interest and go nappy bye.
For the rest of you folks I'll try and map it out for you. After I get some things taken care of. There is life outside of BB ya know. -
So then enlighten us.
Which corporations are dictating what we produce, how we work, what we eat, drink and breathe?
How are they doing this?
We will all wait while you surf for some cut and paste answer from one of your conspiracy websites. -
You only believe what the corporations themselves tell you it's alright to believe.
Besides I'm in no hurry. I've already posted enough information on this subject over the years that no one including you can honestly claim ignorance. Well, I suppose you could rightly claim willful ignorance because in the face of what has been going on in this country for the last several years it would take alot of willpower (and underhanded avoidence tactics worthy only of children) to remain ignorant. ;)
I'll just take my time. Oh BTW mods if we have mods. Why is Targus allowed to keep breaking the rules like this? -
Well, poncho, you get yourself all rested up...
Then be sure to come back here to tell us exactly which corporations are dictating what we produce, how we work, what we eat, drink and breathe.
And also be sure to tell us exactly how they are doing that.
After all that is the topic of your OP.
How strange that you are not more prepared to discuss it. -
Bumper-doodled for poncho...
So that he can tell us which corporations are dictating what we produce, how we work, what we eat, drink and breathe...
And exactly how they are doing it. -
There are no specific corporations that dictate American daily life. They dictate how our leaders operate, instead of the citizens. Then again, if you had any inkling of history, current events, or the Constitution, you would know that. -
I would challenge you to find a single example of me doing as you claim but you never rise to challenge so why bother?
Let's wait and see if poncho comes back to defend his topic. :) -
Which corporations control what we eat? Let's start with the most hated corporation on earth. From Daily Paul. I suppose some would consider this a "conspiracy site". Mostly those who admire Mitt Romney or some other corporate insider candidate.
It seems the people of the state of Vermont want GMO foods to be labeled as such. Monsanto's response? Sue the State of Vermont if it dares pass a labeling bill.
That's enough for today. Nope wait a minute I just remembered another Monsanto deal. If you haven't heard yet the bee population has been falling off and scientists have been looking into why. Now I don't have to tell you what this planet would be like without our freind the honey bee right?
Anyway Monsanto's pesticides have been linked to the declining bee population so what does Monsanto do? It's buys up the the research facility that made the link.
If ya can't bully em or beat em buy em would seem to be Monsanto's motto. If the State of Vermont were to pass such a labeling bill what would happen to Monsanto? Would other states follow in Vermont's footsteps? It seems likely they would. And here's the multimillion dollar question, would people stop purchasing foods that contain GMO products if they kew GMO products were in them?
And for you "conspiracy" debunkers . . .
The global GMO conspiracy is no longer a theory
Need we say anything more? This cable proves, once and for all, that there is a global GMO conspiracy where government operatives work in secret to push Monsanto's GMO agenda while punishing opponents of GMOs and adding them to a "target retaliation list."
This cable also proves that NaturalNews has been right all along about the GMO conspiracy, and that GMO opponents such as Jeffrey Smith are battling what can only be called an evil conspiracy to control the world's food supply. It also proves that when Alex Jones talks about the global conspiracy to control the world food supply, he's not just ranting. He's warning about the reality of the world in which we now live.
As Jeffery Smith said today in a Democracy Now interview:
"We’ve been saying for years that the United States government is joined at the hip with Monsanto and pushing GMOs as part of Monsanto’s agenda on the rest of the world. This lays bare the mechanics of that effort. We have Craig Stapleton, the former ambassador to France, specifically asking the U.S. government to retaliate and cause some harm throughout the European Union." SOURCE
CONTINUE . . . -
Yes Monsanto is a corporation.
And yes Monsanto is in the food business.
Now all you need to do is explain how they dictate what you eat.
This is going to be like pulling teeth isn't it? :tear: -
That's not something I can be faulted with though I know you'll keep right on trying. That's all on you man.
