"All things exist, because God has a determined end in view, which end is embraced in this kingdom [of God]" - George Peters, Theocratic Kingdom, Vol. 1, Prop. 2, Obs. 4.
Greetings all. I read this line and thought I'd start a thread devoted to what your guys' thoughts are on this line.
Also, thought I'd pop this question in here too: How many of you have read George Peters' Theocratic Kingdom?
Teleology; the Kingdom of God.

I haven't read the whole thing yet. Maybe he discusses this line a little more in the work.

Do you guys think that Psalms like Psalm 145:10 and Psalm 148:7-11 are speaking of this Kingdom of God, and not a present reality?
(Do you guys think that all creatures are now praising God?) -

All of time, space and matter exist for the purpose of being a Kingdom for the Second Person of the Godhead.
But, specifically, the plan from the beginning was to let the world fall and redeem it through the cross and the preaching of the Gospel.
The reason the Church exists is to expand this Kingdom until every inch of earth welcomes the gracious reign of Jesus Christ.
