Tenets of Communism
Marx detailed the 10 essential tenets of communism, namely:
Central banking system
Government controlled education
Government controlled labor
Government ownership of transportation and communication vehicles
Government ownership of agricultural means and factories
Total abolition of private property
Property rights confiscation
Heavy income tax on everyone
Elimination of rights of inheritance
Regional planning
This should expose the lie of GOP propagandists and Tea Party enthusiasts when the say that Obama is a Communist or Socialist. Of course they are simply playing politics and the ignorance of people.

Looking at your list: The best this list does is to convince me that the President is moving the US toward socialism.
Other than that: :sleeping_2: -

I would not call G. Bush a Socialist or Communist, but he did take away some of our civil rights with the Patriot Act and the Homeland Security Act making the federal government much closer to Big Brother and Communism is very Big Brother.
I really believe people are far too quick with labels without thinking through what they are saying. I understand why political parties do this. They want power and usually ethics and truth has little to do with what they say. I trust both parties to do or say that which they think will help their chances and not be particularly interested in my ... or your ... welfare. -

TARP
No Child Left Behind
Obama in bed with SEIU & ACORN
AMTRAK.
The auto maker takeover.
Eminent domain
Yup. Encouraged by the left.
Inheritance taxes.
Explain this one, please.
-
So you're saying that he's not nationalizing the auto industry. He's seeking to national the health care industry.
The Supreme court has already abolished the basis of property rights with the extending of the law of eminent domain.
It's not just labeling, it's what is happening. -

Dividing people by creating class warefare is communism.
National health care is communism.
Using force to make people by medical insurance is communism
Social justice is communism
political correctness is communism (cultural communism)
the feminist movement was born out of communism
populations control is communism
The global warming lie is communism
Federal control of everything is communism
So tell me which ideas on the site below does Obama not espouse?

It will take a Supreme Court decision to overturn that one and I do not see that happening with the current justices.Click to expand...Click to expand...

What does your question have to do with eminent domain? You copy a quote and then bring in an entirely different topic. And the topic of the thread is Communism ... which it appears you really know nothing about.Click to expand... -

I did, however use the wrong quote, I'll admit to that. But my question still stands. -

Let's put it in simple questions.
1. Have you ever read any of the writings of Marx or Engles?
2. Have you ever visited a Communist country?
3. Have you ever talked with a card carrying Communist? Say someone from China or Russia?
4. Have you ever met and talked with a person who was born in a Communist country?
5. What is the most quoted sentence from Communist writings?
6. What is the famous quote from Lenin on Capitalism and a rope?
7. Which of the ten tenets in the OP is Obama in favor of and pushing for? And be ready to provide sources to back up any you say he is for. -

I was not confusing them or using them interchangeably. I don't think that the President is a Marxist. I do believe he is a socialist. -
Without a little balancing communism/socialism your leaders will impose the economy of Dickins' England on the world.

One only has to look at the avowed Marxists, Maoists, Socialists, and commie sympathizers he has surrounded himself with. That, and your blatant dishonesty in other threads, tells me this convesation is going nowhere. I already answered your O/P, and you completely ignored it.Click to expand...
