    My views on this subject have been discussed already. I'm not sure why you're ok with fraud and abuse, but most of us are not. And if you're going to tell me you're "math" proved there is no abuse, then you're not smart enough to debate this. Either way, the fact is, only those who answered "yes" were tested. Only a fool would think these numbers prove anything. Looking at your sources proves me right.

    I have two questions for you

    1) what does it cost the government on average to do one drug test?

    2) Drug use among the military is about 2%.
    So would advocated the military stopping drug testing since so few people are found to be drug positive; and thus saving the govt a lot of money?
