The State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution.

Very interesting. Unlikely, imo, for Supremes to take it, but with all the obvious fraud it could be a step toward a contested election.

peace to you

I find the lawsuit in itself very interesting. There does seem to me some merit in the idea that these states may have ignored their own laws -- at least enough that it ought to be looked into. On the other hand, I hope this is not just a stunt of our Attorney General to put attention on himself in a good light.

Attorney General Paxton has been in hot water quite awhile now, and this may be another attempt by him to try to solidify his support among conservatives. He is being investigated for allegations of bribery, abuse of office, and a couple of years ago admitted to an extramarital affair which may have also had some illegalities associated with it.
