Good morning all. Gonna grab a CRDMD to jump start my morning. I tried DDP and it was too strong for me. I guess I'm not old enough for the hard stuff.

As much as I hate Wallyworld, I heading that way this morning. Cheryl and I are doing the music for VBS this year. The theme is the Kingdom Capers. We are constructing the "Music Castle". My Mom is helping me look for material to make some flags and banners.

I've already been to my Wallyworld this morning - they treated me just fine - they're always glad to take my money!!

She informed me that she is sleeping in today and if I wake her I will suffer the wrath of shame. She'll give me that look. That look can haunt you for days and make your hair curl up.

Speaking of breakfast...I am fixing sausage links, waffles, hash browns, and fried eggs (over-easy). Have to fill grandson and hubby up before we go fishing!

Dan: I was looking through some older cook books this morning and ran across 5-6 diabetic recipes for desserts that I used to make for my mother. (My personal favorite is the Peanut Butter Cookies) If you think your wife would make them for you, I will be happy to copy them and email them to you. Let me know.

Gib: Try DDP. It is much better than DP, no calories and no aftertaste and I don't think it tastes as strong.

Gib - you won't like to hear this - but Wallyworld has a generic DDP called Diet Doctor Thunder (DDT) - and it's almost as every bit as good as DDP - but costs lots less.

Sue - have you ever tried it - or don't you have a Wallyworld in your neck of the woods?

Sue, I did try DDP. It must be 190 proof. I thought my tongue disappeared.

Just put away 3 fried eggs, 3 silver dollar sausages and a glass of Code Red Diet Mt. Dew. What's for lunch?

Ewwwwww Gib, can't do ANY kind of Mountain Dew. I don't do caffeine.

Yes, Dan, we have a Wally-World. It's the only big store in our town. I tried DDT and it was too sweet. Fortunately, my granddaughter from KS likes it, so I buy if for her whenever she comes to IL and she takes the rest home with her.

I was up at 6.. as in "still up".. kinda like I'm "still up" now.. doing my brother's laundry. Here in a few, I'm gonna go crash for a few hours, then we're off to visit with everyone, so Buddy can tell them bye-bye, then we're going out for all-you-can-eat ribs, then he's going back to Arkansas!
