Claudia, you said:
"Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine. But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them... these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day."--Acts 2:14-15
Obviously, the people in the first century, who knew very well what "new wine" was, thought you could be drunk from it.
And I read the whole other thread just to make sure that question wasn't addressed over there. If it was, I missed it.
Michael -
You do err not knowing me or what I truly believe concerning drinking alcohol...
And, in your accusing me of drinking you show you total inability to keep to the subject at hand and try to shift the subject to avoid the truth...
BTW: I do not drink alchohol. Never have. And, by God's Grace never will...
You are sadly mistaken...
On all counts...

i wouldn't mind if anybody drank wine around me - heck - today a couple guys were using a bong - and i was in the same room - i didn't take offense - the one guy even offered it to me by accident - but they know i dont do that stuff.
if i said that - i obviously didn't mean it...
i dont remember saying it though... lol.
