Goodness, I'm not sure what's wrong with people. It's crazy.

You and Carpro do not understand difference between frequency (number of events per unit time) and per capita (number per population size). The US clearly leads in number of shooting per year and according to my chart leads most nations in number of shootings per 100,000 population.

When Obama says mass shootings do not happen in other developed countries, he's obviously wrong. When you add the qualifier, "it doesn't happen in other places with the same frequency" he's obviously correct.

    Doesn't matter at all.

When Obama said this in France , he lied. Straight up.

"With respect to Planned Parenthood, obviously, my heart goes out to those families impacted. I mean, I say this every time we go one of these mass shootings, this just doesn't happen in other countries," President Obama said.

The French were shaking their heads, knowing he's either outright lying or a complete idiot.

If you'd get on the right quote, you wouldn't be looking like such an idiot.

He said nothing about "frequency" in France. You're defending something he did not say.

What Obama said was about conflating this terrorist attack with all other mass shootings in America. This is a like and terrorist propaganda and he knows it . Period. The two issues are not the same and has no business even being considered in the same breath. He knows it and is a liar.

Trying to help Obama play word games by saying what he wanted to say first and then adding a caveat to it after (frequency) does not in any way change what he said or prove his agenda to be anything other than what it has always been. That is to down play terrorism, protect Muslims at all costs, and call America bad names over seas. Obama is a liar, he is un-American, and he hates me, you, and everyone who will not bad mouth America as well. Period.

Obama Just Said The Most Stunningly Idiotic Thing EVER.

Now it appears some among the Climate Summit’s host-nation French media were just as outraged by Barack Obama’s glaringly ignorant commentary regarding how mass shootings only happen in the United States – and said those words while standing on a stage in Paris less than two weeks after that city saw hundreds of its citizens gunned down and blown up by Muslim terrorists in a mass shooting attack.

It is said that following what was at times a painfully slow, slouching, and seemingly disinterested performance by President Obama, some among the French media were heard repeatedly using the words, “Connard!” and “Trouduc!” to describe their feelings regarding Mr. Obama’s bizarre commentary – phrases rather specific to a certain part of the human anatomy.

Yep, that does seem to be causing a problem.

They also can't seem to put their collective minds around the fact that the President is clearly referencing what he said about the Charleston shootings. Mitchell even quotes it. Sometimes folks don't want to accept the truth because it doesn't help the narrative they are trying to spin.

Me too. When you got folks who deliberately try to push a lie, there just isn't anything else to be said.

They've both gone into a rage filled frothing of the mouth hate fest and it is consuming them. Look at how many threads a day these two post. Look at how they talk to people. It is like watching someone slowly become more and more unraveled as they sink deeper and deeper into their obsession. Can't be healthy.
