I finally heard Glenn Beck give the gospel today. Oh, it's not THE Gospel of our Lord. No, no, no.....here it is..
According to Beck, we will all stand before "God" and have to give an account for our lives. And God is "pi$$ed" (his word, not mine). The only way to make God happy and pleased with us is to be kind to one another. Yep, that's what gets you into heaven. Not one mention of being a sinner in need of a Savior. No mention that Jesus is the ONLY way. No doubt his Mormonism has fried his brain.
What think ye?
The gospel according to Glenn Beck

I've listened to Glenn Beck on occasion, but I am not a regular listener. I have heard him speak of the Lord a few times, and I always try to listen carefully to discern what he really believes. At times he does say the right things, he freely admits he is a sinner. I have never really heard him speak of Mormon beliefs like becoming a god and populating your own universe which Mormons believe. But he must believe that if he is truly a Mormon, and I have heard him declare himself a Mormon on the radio.
I really don't know what to think of Glenn. I have been amazed by him, it is obvious that he reads lots of scripture because I have heard him quote it. That is actually very unusual for a Mormon. All we can do is hope that through reading the scriptures he will come to realize the errors of the Mormon church. -

Mormon he is and mormon he will die if the Lord does not intercede, though I have to wonder what the church thinks of his type of Mormonism as it gets close to the true Gospel but never quite and he does push Mormon thinking now and then.
Coming out of the Roman church has to give a bend to his belief system. -
Regarding his lack of proper launage -
He is considered an Elder in the Mormon church :tear: -

I do not listen to any political entertainers from either side, especially on the subject of Scripture. I could care less what they think or do. I will listen to the Holy Spirit and the sermons preached on Sunday.

One thing I just learned recently was that mormon's place the US Constitution right up there with their "scripture", and believe mormon's will one day right the ship in this country so to speak. That is one reason Beck is so passionate. He claims to be both a christian and a mormon...but based on the things he says I'm not sure he is either, or he is quite confused about both.

God warned us over and over again in scripture about false teachers. Try the spirits.

I think that Glenn Beck is equating religion with politics. His political views have become his religion and that's not healthy for anyone. He is living his religion through his politics. When you do that you are certain to be disappointed no matter what religion you are or whether you are a liberal or a conservative.

What Beck has to say won't make good "Sunday Mornin' Preachin'"-----when are we gonna learn you can't take Television hosts and make application to your spiritual life
