Stop speaking to me that way. Are you the blind perverter?
You are repudiating what SBM says with nonsense. Can you read English?
With your beliefs---PEOPLE ARE ALREADY SAVED WHEN THEY ARE BORN! You just do not admit it that your beliefs imply that.
I know the falseness you speak. I refute it with the truth.

Now give that scripture that says plainly what you teach, that one cannot believe UNTIL they have the Holy Spirit to cause them to believe.
You cannot give any such scripture, because you believe in manufactured doctrines.
God saves us AFTER we hear and believe. We receive the Holy Spirit AFTER we obey.

If you are speaking about saved as in regenerated Per Titus 3:5, that is True, the elect are not born experimentally converted .

However, they are born Justified from all the guilt of Sin, Christ took care of that for them by His Death, for it, in behalf of them, satisfied all of God's law and Justice, and so God has no charge to lay against them.

They are born already having been reconciled to God by the Death of His Son in their Behalf Rom 5:10

10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

The Elect are born sinners like everyone else, but just not condemned sinners like everyone else !

But they shall be saved [regenerated] by Christ's Life, His resurrection ensures their New Birth or Regeneration 1 Pet 1:3, that is why Paul writes in Rom 5:10 of the already reconciled by His Death " That they shall be saved by His Life'

This being saved is not having their sins forgiven or from the penalty of their sins, that was done already or they could not have been reconciled to God, but being saved here means experimental salvation, New Birth !

But, as to your comment, Yes the Elect are born Saved from the penalty of their sins, but no they are not born saved by New Birth !

Yes prior to be being made alive, they did exist only in spiritual death, but their sins had been forgiven through the Blood of Christ. When God sends the Gospel of their Salvation to them, as by His Messengers, they have been made alive so they can hear and embrace the Gospel of their salvation.

All the Elect, while in spiritual death, have had their sins paid for, and they have been reconciled to God by the death of Christ, while in spiritual death ! Rom 5:10

10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

Where did Jesus and God teach that salvation comes ahead of believing? Jesus said in Matt 11:27-28 come to me all of you .......and in John 5:39 also to come to Him for us to have life, who is to be believed, Paul in that verse above or the Lord Jesus Christ?

Regeneration is prior to Faith. I showed you already that the word of God, the Gospel is sown upon a regenerated heart Matt 13:23

23 But he that received seed[Gospel] into the good ground[Saved or regenerated heart] is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

The heart here first was made good by New Birth, then when the word comes it can be received with understanding and believe or trust.

Also, Cornelius was regenerated before He placed Faith in the Gospel Message that God sent him by Peter's Mouth !

Its clear that Cornelius was born again because, God says he was a Just or Righteous Man before he heard the Gospel Acts 10:22

22 And they said, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned from God by an holy angel to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee.

The word feareth God here is in the present tense, he was presently fearing God. Now how can this be if he had not been given a heart to fear God in New Birth as Jer 32:39

And I will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear me for ever, for the good of them, and of their children after them:

All men by nature, have no fear of God before their eyes Rom 3:18

18 There is no fear of God before their eyes.

    Cornelius is no exception !

So, it is clear that he was regenerated, but had he yet Faith in the Gospel ? No he did not !

    Acts 11:12-14

12 And the Spirit bade me go with them, nothing doubting. Moreover these six brethren accompanied me, and we entered into the man's house:

    13 And he shewed us how he had seen an angel in his house, which stood and said unto him, Send men to Joppa, and call for Simon, whose surname is Peter;

14 Who shall tell thee words, whereby thou and all thy house shall be saved.

They, before Peter preached to them had not believed in Christ, this is clear also from Acts 15:7

And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.

Now, was Cornelius born again before He heard and Believed the Gospel of His Salvation that was sent to Him by God, Yes or NO ?

Where did they teach that it did not ? I just showed you that they believed the Gospel of their Salvation Eph 1:13

13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

It could not have been the gospel of their salvation if they were not saved, it would have to be the potential gospel of your salvation !

So in light of post 25, Eph 2:8

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Saved through Faith here means that they know of their Salvation by Faith. It is the same as Eph 1:13 they believed or trusted or received by Faith the Gospel of their Salvation !

Truly, if one is asked how do they know they are saved, the correct answer should be I know it by God given Faith, God revealed it to me by means of the Gospel Rom 1:16-17

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

Thats what saved by grace though Faith means in Eph 2:8 Salvation, Righteousness has been REVEALED to Faith from Faith !

In John 5:40; Matt. 11:27-28; John 3:36, believing comes first before salvation. It is believing Jesus the Lord God that will make Jesus saves us and not believing the gospel/bible for it is not the Lord God.

You are just banking on theoretical understanding and not on the actual execution of salvation by and through the Lord Jesus in the realm of His own existence.

They believed the Gospel of their Salvation, so they were in possession of Salvation when they believed ! Eph 1:13

In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

    Not what the Lord meant!

PLEASE give justa single verse in NT that states we can be saved apart from putting faith in jesus, receiving eternal life when we place faith in him!

NO verse supports us being reconciled/justified/saved by God without us placing faith in christ first!

Paul says in Eph 1:13 that they first heard [the gospel of their salvation]. This hearing is a spiritual hearing, a hearing of the words of God, as the Gospel is the Word of God, and Jesus says in order to Hear God's Words, we must be of God, to Hear God's words Jn 8:47

He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.

Jesus here is speaking of a spiritual hearing of God's words ! Thats why Jesus says Rev 2:7

7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

The Gospel is the Spirit speaking to the Church, that which Christ died for Eph 5:25, and they are given spiritual life by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead 1 Pet 1:3, so when the Gospel comes to them, they are in a saved state by New Birth, and so they hear [spiritually] the Gospel of their salvation, since they are in a saved state by regeneration !

    Purely theoretical in nature.

Paul has to be alive for us to understand what he truly meant with this verse, but that is impossble this time. The only option left is Jesus himself, we have to come to Him today if we want to be saved.

One of the keys of understanding Eph 1:13 is that Paul said they heard [spiritually] the Gospel of their Salvation. How can those spiritually dead, hear a spiritual message ?

The Gospel is not a carnal message but spiritual. When speaking about His preaching the Gospel to his hearers Paul said Rom 15:27

It hath pleased them verily; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things.

Partakers of the Gospel Eph 3:6

That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:

So in order for the Ephesians to spiritually hear spiritual things as the Gospel is, then they had to first be made spiritually alive !

they were elected by god unto eternal life in christ, he allowed them to hear the Gospel, and He provided them the Grace to have 'ears to ear", they heard and by grace of God placed faith in christ to be saved!

The man of sin gospel and preaching is a false gospel, which makes it appeal to the natural man and his creature abilities. It is a gospel with a man centered approach, and not a Christ centered one. It gives the sinner who is dead in sin, alienated from the life of God, at enmity with him by wicked works, it gives him a ability to do something to save himself from the penalty of his sins, in total disregard to God's Saving Purpose in Election, the saving work of Christ upon the cross, and the saving work of the Spirit in New Birth, because of and the fruit of the saving work of the cross ! It is a false Gospel not grounded in God's Electing Grace Rom 11:5-6; Eph 2:8-9 !

What the man of sin preachers and followers want us to believe, but they do lie, that man by nature, dead in sin, can perform a righteous act [Rom 3:10] mainly referring to believing, that merits them everlasting life. Yes they will deny that it is their merit, but they do lie, because in their antichrist thinking, God rewards them for something they did. Many of them point to Heb 11:6 for confirmation of this wicked thought process, where scripture says of Faith, that God is a rewarder [wage payer] of them that diligently seek Him [Rom 3:11], and without it, it is impossible to please Him ! Faith here that pleases God is the New Birth ! So in essence, the followers of the man of sin say God does reward them, pays them wages because of their act of in the flesh, that pleased God ! The man of sin religions totally disregards man's condition by nature, that man does not seek God ever, not the True God anyway Rom 3:11. Seek here and in Heb 11:6 is the same. If we really believe and understand Rom 3:11, we would know that the natural man does not have that faith, that diligently seeks after God, as described in Heb 11:6, so the one there must be a born again person who seeks Him in Spirit and in Truth !

The man of sin followers deny that, and teach that the natural man in the flesh, does rightly seek after God in Faith !

ALl of us are born as "natural man", as that we all have sin natures and are seperated by god due to us being found in Adam by god...

WHEN we place faith in Christ, then God sees us being at that point in Christ, and now saved and with new natures!

Cannot Believe Gospel if in a Lost state !

If a person is in a lost state, they cannot believe the Gospel and be saved, because they are lost ! 2 Cor 4:3-4

But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

If a person is lost, and blinded by satan, and they never come to believe, then that is one for whom Christ was not given in behalf of or was not given as a Covenant, that He should open their Eyes as Per Isa 42:6-7

    6 I the Lord have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles;

7 To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.

The blind eyes here are the same as that which satan keeps blind in the lost 2 Cor 4:In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not !

The eyes of our understanding as Eph 1:18a

The eyes of your understanding being enlightened

    Acts 26:18

To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

So it is impossible for one that Christ died, was given as a Covenant, for them to remain in a Lost state and not believe the Gospel because of being blinded by the god of this world, which is satan ! So unbelief of the Gospel is a symptom of being in a lost state, and believing it is a evidence of being in a saved state !

What is impossible for man is fully possible with God!

Sinners are changed to saints by the Grace of God at the moment they receive jesus by faith...

the Holy Spirit quickens and enables sinners to be able to receive jesus and get saved even while in their lost sinful state!

New Birth before believing the Gospel is True !

That men are regenerated before God sends them the Gospel as the word of their Salvation, in order for them to believe and be saved, is taught in the scripture in many places. It is certainly implied here Matt 13:23

23 But he that received seed[Gospel] into the good ground[New Birth] is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

It is good ground because it has been given a spiritual capacity by New Birth to understand the things of God, which the Gospel is ! The good ground is a good heart as per Lk 8:15

But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

Now, if we are true to scripture teaching, by nature, no one has a good and honest heart, but one that is deceitful above all things and desperately wicked Jer 17:9

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

So, its proved from this that New Birth precedes the Gospel of Salvation !

But it is also Illustrated by Cornelius, who was regenerated or born again before God sent him the Gospel to believe through peter. Now how do we know that Cornelius was regenerated or born again ? Because scripture says about him as it said about Job, that he feared God ! Job 1:1

There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.

    Acts 10:1-2,22,35

There was a certain man in Caesarea called Cornelius, a centurion of the band called the Italian band,

2 A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway.

22 And they said, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned from God by an holy angel to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee.

35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.

Now when a person is said to fear God, that is a testimony of the Grace of God in them, that God hath wrought in them Jn 3:21

21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

This is True because we men by nature have no fear of God before our eyes as per Rom 3:10-18

10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:

11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.

12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

13 Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:

14 Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:

15 Their feet are swift to shed blood:

16 Destruction and misery are in their ways:

17 And the way of peace have they not known:

18 There is no fear of God before their eyes.

Now who dare dispute what has been shown thus far from The Word of Truth ?
