Obviously God has knowledge of good and evil, as He created the tree and put it in the garden of Eden.
But no Baptist I know of believes that knowledge has given God a "fallen nature."
OTOH, Adam's volitional sin, listening to his wife and eating the forbidden fruit, our fallen nature was imposed by God upon Adam and Eve and all of humanity.

Who else besides you suggests such an absurdity?
God is infinity good.
James 1:13 , "Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: . . ."

I am still waiting for @37818 to clearly explain his position since I have not met any Baptist that holds @37818 s views.

You did.
You said the knowledge of God and Evil was the cause to the fallen nature.
It was not.

You are not understanding the infinite goodness of God against the finite goodness of man whom God made good.
The divine knowledge of good and evil, that knowlege of evil corrupted man. Genesis 3:7 .

Rebellion against God’s command corrupted man, not “knowledge” of good and evil.
When God sought Adam in the garden did He say, “do you now know good and evil?” No. He said, “did you eat of the tree”.

By the sweat of your brow...
I suppose you think the ground sweats when man tills and cultivates it.

Once again, “knowledge” did not cause the corruption of mankind. Rebellion did.
If you think that “makes no sense”, then discussion is futile.
Thanks for the conversation

So you actually deny what caused the change, from Genesis 2:25 to Genesis 3:7 . The on going evidence of mankind's sinful nature.

No he doesn't. He points out that rebellion against God's Covenant brought the corruption upon mankind. It's the same curse you and I are under.

Brother, man didn’t have a sin nature before they rebelled against God. There was nothing to know.
The “cause” of their sin nature was rebellion, not the knowledge they had rebelled.

Trivialize the effect of obtaining the knowledge of good and evil, Genesis 2:17 , Genesis 2:25 , Genesis 3:7 , Genesis 3:22 .
