Better check his facts before you hit that botton.
There are some obvious misstatements and conclusions.

Why do people keep saying they need to tax corporations?
When I sell something or give a service that I charge for I pass ALL cost to the consumer so that I make a profit. ( It is called keeping the doors open) Corporate taxes are just another way of taxing the consumer. (taxpayer)
Use the brain God gave you.

You proved my point. The GOP got voted out in substantial numbers just a few weeks ago, and ultimately, what the right wing media billed as a "Romney landslide," or a "razor close election" turned out to be an electoral landslide for Obama, and a popular vote mandate for him.

This is true, this is undeniable. I just don't understand how someone can dispute these facts. :applause:

Obama has no mandate and did not win a landslide. He won. That is true. The last 4 years are his mess and so are the next 4.

The only thing I can think of that has less meaning that what the President says is the Calvin-free will threads.

If you have read the endless threads, you would see it is nothing but eternal babbling, and has no theological substance.

Thanks for pointing that out John.
I have been making that point for years.
Ultimately the consumer/taxpayer pays all taxes.

In Presidential elections, winning with a majority of the popular vote along with the requisite electoral college votes generally means he won with a mandate.

OK. Many of us do not see it that way. What a wonderful country we have where are still free to have an opinion and state it.

You guys need to get out of the extremist right wing media bubble that wouldn't know truth if it slapped them silly, and find independent media sources that report with as little bias as is possible.
Fox, Drudge, Limbaugh, Beck and others of their ilk are not news sources.

So you recommend MSNBC, the Huffington Post, the DailyKos, and what else!

He won with 51% of the popular vote and 61% of the electoral college vote.
In a nation where we had about 12 Presidential candidates dividing the vote, that is still rather impressive.

Not at all. When George W Bush had similar results I said he had a mandate.

Both the democrats and republicans have sold us all out to the banks and corporations. That's pretty much "self evident" these days as the founding fathers would say.
So, it seems to me the argument isn't about which party has sold us out more so much as it's about which party we prefer to have selling us out.

1% on the popular vote is not a huge win.
61% on the electoral college is simply a symptom of a broken system.
Especially with the countless reports of fraud....that the MSM and liberal shills ignore.
Please, that is no mandate. It is a victory for Obama and the liberal agenda to destroy the US....but not a mandate.

Obama won a better percentage than Bush did in either of his two terms. And are you really attacking the electoral college? When Bush won the EC in 2000 but lost the popular vote all the conservatives were emphasizing that the EC was necessary...

Keep barking up the Bush tree all you want. However you should know I was not his fan.
