Tomorrow is the equinox already and I have here a news article about it. Ugggg! I love the summer sun and long days, but the only comfort I have is looking due east at the sunrise from the Philadelphia area (40°N and 75°W) I am looking toward the continent of Africa -- especially the Congo/Zaire region where it’s warm yet throughout the coming winter! No, I do not want to live in that land due east of me -- just want its warmer weather, so looking that direction I am looking toward warmer places. LOL Equinox here will be September 22, 4:02PM. Heat index was 102 here today. I love fall, but hate winter.

I love all the seasons in KY. Each one has it's own appeal.

Equinox -- the sound of a horse's hooves as it crosses an old wooden bridge.
