When they are functioning as peace keepers they shoot to stop, not to kill.

Correct. The caravan hasn't arrived yet. But Neo-Nazi militia groups are coming to the border.

Now do the Senate races from last night.

Which party's senators got the most votes? Why didn't that party win the Senate?

    Now do governors...

Alright Mr/Mrs/Ms, whatever, FTW, your party now has the house -- big question -- WHAT ARE YOU (DIMS/PROGRESSIVES ETC) going to do now?? Talking is over, you have the majority, so are y'all gonna produce some semblance of MAGA, - (you DO want the USA to flourish, do you not, or is the destruction of America your goal?)- or are y'all gonna still stomp your feet, yell, accuse lyingly, refuse condemnation of violent events against "non-believers of the dims" etc as has been usual for the past 2 years.

You've condemned the right for virtually every action they've taken, so what's up your (dims etc) sleeve for the future now that you have the POWER you've lustfully craved since the glory days of the ZERO????

Time to put up OR shut up!!

Yeah, but they won the popular vote in the Senate. Why didn't they win the Senate?

    LOL.

Go back and look at the places that Trump campaigned the last few weeks. Look at the candidates he supported. How many of them lost?

Are you kidding? Do you really know so little about politics?

The party in power always loses seats in the off year election.

In 2010, President Obama's first off year election, the Republican Party gained 63 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives and six seats in the U.S. Senate.

In 2014 Republican majority grew to 54 seats in the Senate, 247 seats in the House.

In this election the Republicans held their majority in the Senate (in other words they did not lose one seat in the Senate in spite of the fact that historically they should have lost from 4 to 6 seats).

In this election the Republicans lost less than half the Democrat losses in 2010 and half the Democrat losses in 2014.

This was no "blue wave" for the Democrats. It wasn't even a "blue ripple." It was a monumental disaster for the Democrats and if they don't wake up and smell the coffee 2020 will be an even greater disaster for them.

No its a victory but small not huge.

It's not unusual for the majority party to lose several seats at the midterm.

What does the Word say about a House divided against itself?

That's a different kind of division.

The Civil War was America as a house divided and almost destroyed us as a nation.

Though we may even on occasion use violence, today we are united under the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution The Bill of Rights, The Emancipation Proclamation ...

MAGA has done nothing positive for America. We will do our best to stop him from destroying our country.

That's true in general. But the fact is that Trump will now face much more opposition. The House can force him to release his tax returns for instance and can also directly intervene if he tries to fire Mueller.

That's true. The resistance to the would-be dictator is strong.

That doesn't relate to politics. That's your problem. You mix politics with religion.
