How could he run for a third term in 2028? Seems to me the 22nd amendment would not allow that.

yeah, but as things stand, Biden/Harris are in next Jan, and this will most probably not change after that time. What state are you talking about and why didn’t the Democrats challenge? Hillary certainly had the money. There is always some fraud bit it is usually corrupt precincts that stuff the ballot box but not enough to change results. However, the big cities have always had crooked Democrat machines. LBJ won in Texas by a crooked county for sale to the highest bidder. Systematic fraud is a Democrat trait because their policies are poor for the prosperity of the average man.
