    No I don't jest.
    Another oblique judgment.

Not really. Why did he dodge the question when he clearly could have denied it? You remember he was pro-abortion back then.

"Back then" being the key words.

Do you believe he has changes or simply playing politics now ... politics that will help him?

I believe he has changed a lot. He still has a long way to go, but he is growing.

In what ways do you think he has changed? I really am curious, not baiting or looking for an argument.

He meets with and is regularly advised by Pastors and evangelical leaders. He seems to have turned from his ways of sexual sin. He respects the sanctity of life.

There is a difference between saying God is for President Trump and saying that God puts these leaders in place for His purposes.

What his purposes are, I cannot say for certain. I suspect this current administration will serve as a failed example of a population looking towards nominal Christianity and conservatism to solve social issues. That the DNC is evil, I believe, has become an obvious fact to the American people (President Trump won the election without the support of many traditional Republicans). But this administration will redefine both the DNC and the GOP in the minds of many. Perhaps as a failed second chance. And I suspect this administration will ultimately serve to steepen the decline away from godliness towards a form of godliness divorced from God (I think it will serve to strengthen the Democrat Party while serving as at least one nail in the coffin of the GOP....until it reinvents itself, anyway).

Very good points, as he seems to be, as we all really are, "a work in progress"

I assume you mean Trump when you say "him."

Trump has displayed nothing that fits with a Christian leader.
He has divorced multiple times. He has openly said he doesn't need to repent. He has swindled others in business deals. He has sued innocent people in order to bully them. He has shown no inkling of being in Christ.
In short, he is not annointed. He is however ordained by God to be President of the US despite such a terrible track record.
The horrible leadership options God provided for the US is indicative of God's giving the US over to its own depravity.

Trump is a master of Machiavellian techniques for gaining and maintaining power. Read Machiavelli's book, The Prince, and you'll see the corruption of Trump as he meets with religious "advisors."

Do you believe him? What have you seen that makes you think he has changed?

I don't know. I don't live with him. All I have is his profession as a Christian.

True he was pro-death but he did appoint a conservative justice to the SCOTUS and has promised to appoint others should the opportunity arise.

He sounds a lot like a preacher I know. However, he did those things prior to conversion.
