In all seriousness, alot of people are deceived by this "quiz".
OTOH, I was moderately KJVO before I saw it. Seeing it left a question in my mind that I would later answer with deeper research. That question was "Why are they different?"
The question these folks want you to ask is "Why is the NIV corrupt?" Based of course on the fallacy of limited alternatives.
Ask the wrong question and you'll get the wrong answer almost 100% of the time. -

Maybe I'll be able come up with an answer when I get up off the floor, Ed! ROFL!

Since this "quiz" has already been presented several times and been commented on ad naseum I am going to impose a 5 page limit.

Here we go again. "My Bible's better than yours!" "My Bible can beat up your Bible!" This is such a waste of time. Then again, I guess my reply is a waste of time too.

Which Bible is the "best"?
Just a thought:
For those of you "purists" who insist that the Bible clearly says not to change ANYTHING: no dots no titles, etc...... I really don't believe you can tell me that the writer of that passage had the KJV in his hand when he was giving that instruction. (You know, since the writers back then couldn't get a copy of the KJV 'cause King James hadn't been born yet and he could hardly instruct anyone to write his version and pass it back through history to the original writers time.)
As long as the version or translation is not anti-God or obviously MIS-stated from the original Greek, Hebrew, Aramic, etc......(whatever)... I think God can use them to fit each of our needs in Bible study/reading.

Okie dokie, Bible versions.... I'll settle this once and for all.
The KJVs are the very best. (all of them) :tongue3:
Some of the other English versions are good enough. (I don't know which ones, I use the KJV that I have... which ever one that is)
The NASV is nice. :saint: I have one of those. Been reading it a bit lately, but I still like the version of the KJV I have better.
I hope I succesfully left nothing to argue with. (I doubt it) -
When this thread originally started, my goal was to interject humorous comments showing logical slips.
My goal is now to quickly hasten the arrival of page #5.

"My Bible can beat up your Bible!" Reminds me of the comedian that gave me a good laugh...
Do you remember being on the schoolyard, and boys would be busy saying to each other, "Oh yeah? Well, my daddy can beat up your daddy!"
I wonder what Jesus did in the schoolyard when this went on?
Boy (to a young Jesus): "Well, my daddy can beat up your daddy!"
Jesus (smiling): "Heh heh heh..." -
