    I am happily in the minimal zone way up in NW NC in a sheltered vale.

    There's no need to worry about this. When I was a kid they taught us exactly what to do. You should know by now that our government always gives the right advice.

    Submarine bases I'm guessing...

    I'm about 25 mi east of a military depot which is targeted; but I've known that for years.
