US Congress '09 election endorsements

The 23 NY District is up for grabs after John McHugh (R) resigned to become Sec of the Army in the Obama administration.

Running for the office are Bill Owens, the Democrat , and
the Republicans are putting up Dede Scozzafava . Since the GOP has put up a liberal, the Conservative Party is endorsing Doug Hoffman, an Army Vet.
Hoffman has been endorsed by Gov Sara Palin, Sen Fred Thompson, Rep Dick Armey, Steve Forbes, among others.

Even though the Conservative Party is on Row D of the NY State Ballot, there is a possibility that Hoffman will pull out a win. He has closed the gap significantly with his Republican opponent.

This specical Congressional race will be held on the normal election day in November. So be sure to keep an eye on this race.
