Of course...they're being delivered to Chicago. They might be handing them out to teachers, so they can not be killed in class...

But seriously...why would the dept. of education need shotguns?

To be fair...in some schools, teachers might need them.

I grew up in the Chicago school system, can get rough thats for sure. But thats what the police are for.
