WRONG.
There were MANY Books that were considered Scripture during that time including the Shepherd of Hermas, Epistles of Barnabas, Epistles of Clement and so on. You need to do your homework.
I'll ask you again:
WHO told you that the Holy Spirit Himself testified to there only being the 66 Books.

It wasn't until the 16th century at the Protestant Revolt that Luther and his cronies tossed out the Seven Deuterocanonical Books, that were ejected by Rabbi Akiva in the 2nd century.
The SAME Rabbi Akiva who declared a man named Simon Kokkhbar as the REAL Messiah during the 2nd Jewish Revolt.
YOUR edited Canon comes from a FALSE Prophet (Akiva) who declared a FALSE Christ (Kokkhbar). -

A Jewish Rabbinical school removed 7 of these Books and portions of Esther and Daniel in the early 2nd century.
I've already explained all of this.
YOUR Protestant OT Canon approved by Luther is the one that was later edited by this Jewish Rabbinical school. -

The 7 Books that Protestants deleted are:
The Book of Tobit
The Book of Judith
The First Book of Maccabees
The Second Book of Maccabees
The Wisdom of Solomon, also called The Book of Wisdom
The Book of Sirach, also called Ecclesiasticus
The Book of Baruch
Portions of Esther and Daniel
Here are a couple of examples . . .
Eph. 6:13-17 - The "Armor of God" discussion of a helmet, breastplate, sword, shield follows Wisdom 5:17-20.
Heb 11:35 - Paul teaches about the martyrdom of the mother and her sons described in 2 Maccabees 7:1-42.
Matt. 7:12 - Jesus' golden rule "do unto others" is the converse of Tobit 4:15 - what you hate, do not do to others.
