Vicar ‘under Investigation’ for Quoting The Wee Flea!
Rev. Peter Hughes...quoted extensively (as did The Mirror) from my article Parents Take Back Control – The April Record Editorial which he read on this blog...someone has to speak out. Peter did – and now he is ‘under investigation’ as though he had committed some crime. Note that he wrote his views in his own parish magazine – not in a newspaper, or a poster, but in his own publication. And yet the thought crime police were on to him in an instant.
1. Britain is an increasingly intolerant and authoritarian society.
2. The Media are often ignorant and prejudiced.
3. The Church is pathetically compliant.
4. The Political Establishment follow the mob rather than represent the people.
5. The Educational Establishment are more concerned about social engineering than they are about education.

I have a friend who is a Baptist pastor in England. While he has never faced the P.C. police, he knows other pastors who have.

We should learn from this. American preachers should proclaim the truth boldly and not fold in the face of government intimidation. Of course, they can only be so bold to the extent the church stands by them. Do not yield an inch. Instead, advance under Christ's banner.

Brother
What you said above makes me remember what is written in Jeremiah 12:v.5:
-
5 If thou hast run with the footmen, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with horses? and if in the land of peace, wherein thou trustedst, they wearied thee, then how wilt thou do in the swelling of Jordan?

Jumping to Revelation 13:1-9
1
And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a Beast rise up out of the sea (sea=waters=Rev.17:v.15 - And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues), having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.

2 ,,, and the Dragon (the red Dragon; another Beast that comes up out of the earth; and he has two horns like a lamb - a false lamb - , and he speak as a Dragon, and he exercises all the power of the FIRST Beast before him. Rev.13:11-18) gave him his power, and his seat (his THRONE), and great authority.

3 And I saw ONE of his (7) heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the Beast. - the FIRST Beast -

4 And they worshipped the Dragon which gave power unto the Beast (unto the FIRST Beast): and they worshipped the Beast (the FIRST Beast), saying, Who is like unto the Beast? who is able to make war with him?

5 And there was given unto him a MOUTH speaking great things and blasphemies (Rev.16:v.13-15); and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. - OR 1260 DAYS -

6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. - Heaven is not the physical space of Universe, but celestial places in Christ-Eph.1:v.3) -

7 And it was given unto him to make WAR with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.

8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.
