Wallstreet Journal article: Draft the elderly!

Personally, I see forced labor as slavery regardless of "patriotic" intentions. If the draft were to be reinstated for anyone, I would have to believe that some sort of violent resistance would be morally justifiable at that point. For the record, I never had a problem with Clinton skipping town for Canada. Still didn't vote for him, but it had nothing to do with that.

Clinton didn't actually go to Canada.

He enrolled in ROTC to get a fraudulent deferrment with no intention of attending the required meetings.

He then went to England on a Rhodes scolarship to sit out the rest of the war.

Clinton didn't skip town for Canada. Where did you get that?
