Did Jesus the Christ, who the Father glorified to be made high priest after the order of Melchisedec, pay tithes to Melchisedec, in Abraham? Hebrews 5:5,6 & Hebrews 7:9,10,14
Was this a lagit question? Should it be answered?

Yes, in the frame work of the Kenosis.
No, in the frame work of eternity.

I think that's reading too much into the passages. The point was the Levitical priesthood was subordinate to the priesthood of Melchisedec. -
Luke 2
21 And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.
22 And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord;
23 (As it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord
24 And to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.
Matthew 3
13 Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him.
14 But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me?
15 And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.
Philippians 2
6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
"He made Himself of no reputation" - it doesn't say the Father made Him of no reputation, but He made Himself of no reputation i.e. He did it willingly.
RSV Hebrews 2:9 But we see Jesus, who for a little while was made lower than the angels, crowned with glory and honor because of the suffering of death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for every one.
An analogy: Jesus willingly went from a 5 star General to a private in basic training as part of the incarnation/kenosis.
So yes He willingly subjected Himself to the law of Moses and paid tithes to Levi as a mortal man, but as the Logos (having neither beginning of days, nor end of life) He is Lord of lords and King of kings and in His eternity He sits at the right hand of the Father.

And Abraham in a sense paid tithes to Christ... -
Of what order, would you believe the priesthood of the saints of the new covenant to be?
Levitical? -
