I don't have to. I have shown you the God-Commanded capital death penalty. You haven't shown me a good reason to doubt God. And praise him for that.

Carlos De Luna….the site contains a blatant lie about him. On death row, de Luna had still not named who he had "seen" do the crime. He was found with the money from the robbery, with scratches on his arm and face from the attack.

Larry Griffin's death penalty has been upheld by two appeals courts, and a St. Louis Circuit Attorney's Office investigation.

I remember when a Chicago gang leader was freed from death row, because the particular crime that he was on death row for, was committed by another. The truth was, that he had ordered that hit, and deserved to die for it. Not to mention his leading the assault on Chicago PD, as they attempted to enter the Projects, pinning them down with machine gun fire.
But, they let him out, and paid him millions. -

Ruben Cantu looks like he was set up to be the fall guy by his accomplices. He almost got away with it. Probably shouldn't have shot that off-duty cop 4 times.

The State of Texas built an excellent case against David Wayne Spence. Convicted twice. Put to death once.

You list Jesse Tafero as "innocent". Really ? I would be happy if kidnapping was a capital crime. He was part of a group that murdered 2 cops. How do you feel about Rhodes being able to walk around in public ?

The fact that you even mention Ellis Wayne Felker is proof how weak your link is. DNA tests inconclusive.

On March 17, 1998, the Florida Supreme Court issued its final ruling on Jones' innocence claims. The majority said that "at most," the evidence suggested Schofield might have taken part in the shooting with (Leo)Jones—a theory of the crime that prosecutors never before suggested.

There was accelerant found on Cameron Todd Willingham's front porch, which kind of negates the arguments.

The case against Leonel Herrera's execution is laughable. Supreme Court crushed it, yet again.
Let it be known I answered this challenge. -

I argue to follow scripture. You have not put up a rational, or Biblical reason to be against the death penalty. I went through your links, and researched them, and responded to each one, and you still claim I don't answer your questions. And you continue your irrational line of thinking, asking why I don't let the actions of man change the word of God.
And do everyone a favor, and don't bring personal "pro-life/pro-death" into it. Keep this respectful. -
First he says it's more Christ-like to ensure the guilty or the innocent are miserable and suffering for the rest of their lives; then this. How can you call anyone else "pro-death" when you won't stand 100% against abortion? Can you admit that by not 100% opposing abortion, you yourself are "pro-death"?
How can you condemn someone for supporting the death penalty for those tried and found guilty, when you yourself support the death penalty for those that can't defend themselves?
Has he ever answered whether he supports the death penalty for those that are proven guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt, who admit their guilt? Or would he rather show some quality of Christ that isn't found in scripture and ensure they suffer for the rest of their lives?
