Oh the words I'd love to say to respond to this. Lord, forgive me.

(not to you Robert but to what you posted about the devils who claim to be part of the fold when they are SOOO not)

Any particular reason for the protest?

Do they think that she was gay?

BTW - I wonder if they ever consider that someone could eventually show up to protest one of their funerals.

I bet a hundred bucks could convince the gravediggers to "accidentally" dig another hole or two. Cover the hole up with a rug, and escort these cretins right over the rug.

Now...I'm not suggesting burying these goons alive. That would be wrong.

Rather, my thought is this: we could put some of the following down there:

-A male interior designer, makeup artist, or figure skater.
-Perez Hilton.
-A couple of Navy Seals or US Marines (make sure and show them beforehand the "thank God for IED" signs these morons made).
-Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg.
-Maybe a couple of world-class journalists, such as Bill Maher or Keith Olbermann.
-Twin brothers Janet Reno and Janet Napolitano.

OK...in deference to our troops, I'd say let's make sure our Marines & Navy Seals didn't have to stay down in there for more than 5 minutes. After all, they don't deserve that kind of punishment.

But after our troops have a meeting with them, let the rest of that crew hang out for an hour or two. Not sure what would come of it...but at the very least, we'd have all those folks in a hole for a little while. That would make our earth a better place, if only temporarily...

Maybe it is time for Godly local churches to show up where they are going to be and just surround them in such large numbers that they can't be easily be he seen or heard. I don't think they are a very large group.

That's what the Patriot Guard Riders do...

Not familiar with them myself, is it large numbers? Because I still see pictures of the Phelps clan that shows up clearly in the news. Would be nice to see a couple hundred people surround them. Maybe with signs that say Phelps is a an embarrassment.

There was a town that banded together and took *all* the appropriate spots up *before* these #@^#$&*%(* showed up, thus thwarting their "demon stration".

I *think* that E. Edwards was at the least sympathetic to the gay causes. Which may be why they want to "demon strate" at the funeral.

What the WBC crowd lacks in intelligence they more than make up in arrogance.
I wish they would remove the word "Baptist" from their name. We don't need that kind of reputation.

I went to the funeral of a US Marine killed in Iraq by an IED. The Patriot Guard arrived early. Over 100 men and women on motorcycles giving respectful honor to a fallen hero and ready just in case there were any protestors. No one challenged them.

I doubt that anyone would protest their funerals. Celebrate maybe.

I think it's just amazing how the entire world knows who WBC is when there are really so few members. It's just a sad state of affairs that all of our media outlets would rather sensationalize stories and post such drivel that drives a stake between Christians and the rest of the world when they could just as easily overlook them and they'd eventually go away. Of course we condemn WBC for their obvious hatred and wrong-doing, but a LOT of people really believe that all Christians are like this.

Sad, sad, sad.

Sooner or later, someone is going to carry a gun to one of those funerals.

Even the unsaved are disgusted with WBC.

Well, being members of WBS are likely unsaved...they are really without support. Christians don't, and their own don't.

I just wish I could snap my fingers and starve these inbred goons of the publicity they crave. They'd dry up in a New York minute if no one gave them any press.

Not gonna happen, though.

The old "car wreck rubberneck" syndrome has already kicked in. (Don Henley's "Dirty Laundry" begins to play in the background...")

And I apologize in advance for getting that ridiculous synth intro stuck in your collective heads...

DA da da...dadadadadada DA da da...dadadadadada.... :D :D :D

Okay, here is what we do. Lets get about 100 volunteers from the Bap Board, we go join their church, and vote out the pastor!

Reminds me of Paul Anderson - know as the strongest man in the world. He said he had peace all the time.

What kind of impact are we making in our community for Christ.

Seriously, I would love to sit down with Fred and have a heart to heart talk with him.
