Yes, its the fruit of the Regeneration, where Christ sits in His Mediatoral Glory ! So its being born from above where Christ sets on the Right hand of God Col 3:1
If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
What is regeneration or new birth?

He does not sit on that throne until "THEN" at his second advent and it is not in heaven but ON EARTH! That throne is called "HIS THONE" while the throne in heaven is the Father's throne over all creation. The phrase "on the right hand" is NEVER used of any king sitting on his own throne.
Furthermore, He came to claim an inheritance that Adam lost and Adam did not lose the throne in heaven but the throne of rule over this earth! -
A Priest Upon His Throne !
Zech 6:13
Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.
This is a Prophecy of Christ and His Mediatorial Work after Offering Himself as a Sin Offering for His People, and He sits on HIS THRONE.
The Word Throne means:
seat (of honour), throne, seat, stool
a) seat (of honour), throne
b) royal dignity, authority, power (fig.)
Christ Now has a Seat of Honor at the Right Hand of God, with all Authority and Power in His Hand !
He was exalted to this Throne of Honor Acts 2:33
Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.
Acts 5:31
Him hath God exalted with his right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.
Phil 2:9
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
Highly Exalted here means:
metaph. to exalt to the highest rank and power, raise to supreme majesty
Yes, He sits on His Throne of Glory at the Right Hand of God ! -

Zechariah speaks of building a temple ON EARTH and ruling on a throne where the temple is ON EARTH (Mt. 25:31). Christ did not build a temple IN HEAVEN and he reigns on a throne where he builds the temple ON EARTH.
Furthermore, He is not sitting on "his" throne in heaven right now but the Father is the One who has exalted him in heaven now to his "right hand" which is a metaphor for SECOND PLACE to the Father. However, in Matthew 25:31 he comes as King of kings and Lord of lords NOT OVER kings in heaven or Lord's in heaven but over Kings and lords on earth.
Also, as the Priest King he came to restore what Adam lost and Adam did not lose any throne in heaven. Adam's rule was over this earth.
What you are doing is what you have done with scripture in most of your false doctrines. You have taken one truth and PITTED it against another truth and thus taken one scripture and PITTED against other scriptures.
Matthew 25:31 deals with the only throne Christ will sit upon as "his" throne ON EARTH as the Second Adam who has reclaimed what Adam lost - rule over this earth. -

31 ΒΆ When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
This is the "regeneration" described in Matthew 19:28 when the RULE of Christ is established ON EARTH over the kingdoms of THIS WORLD when he regains what Adam lost. Adam did not lose a throne IN HEAVEN! You cannot deal with Matthew 25:31 and the specific time "when...then...he shall sit upon the throne of his glory." So you just pit scripture against it that refers to another kind of reign in heaven over his spiritual kingdom. -

31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
The then in that verse refers to His Purpose of Judgment of the World, the Great White Throne, that will merely be another aspect of His Throne of Glory now in Manifestation for that Judgment !
Matt 25:31 is merely the Manifestation of this 2 Tim 4:1
I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;
Christ now sits on His Throne of Glory, however it is not seen yet, but then you will see it, and your false teaching will be discovered to you then also ! -
Union with Christ before believing in Him !
Before any man or woman can believe in or on Christ regarding Justification or Salvation, they must first be in Union with Him Spiritually, that is already abiding in Him, we know this by Christ's words here Jn 15:5
I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
Jesus alludes to the same truth here Jn 6:56
56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
The eating and drinking here signifies believing or appropriating Christ by Faith, and Jesus said, the ones doing that, are dwelling or abiding in Him, and He is in them ! That denotes Pre Union !
In other words, their believing is the fruit of being in Him and Him being in them by Spiritual New Birth. We must first be a branch in the Vine before we can bear fruit, and Faith is one of the Fruits of the Spirit Gal 5:22 !
The Ground must first be made good before the Gospel message can take root and bring forth fruit Matt 13:23
23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.
Notice the words here bringeth forth, meaning fruit and observe the same in Jn 15:5
5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
Without Christ, separate from we can do nothing, spiritually as to believe or rest in Him for all of Salvation !
So before believing, one must be already united to Christ, we must be, before we can believe in Him ! -

No one denies that Christ now sits at the right hand of the Father ruling over his SPIRITUAL kingdom but Matthew 25:31 nor Matthew 19:28 deal with his SPIRITUAL kingdom but with the VISIBLE kingdom on earth that encompasses all kings and lords. You have no clue what you speak about and worse yet, you have no spiritual ability to even understand the truth if it starred you in the face. -

another because you are incapable of discerning and distinguishing between things that differ.
The throne he sits upon in Matthew 19:28;25:31 is ON EARTH and it is a rule over ALL KINGS and kingdoms ON EARTh AND IS YET FUTURE.
The throne he sits AT THE RIGHT HAND of is IN HEAVEN and it is the Father's Throne and the Father continues to sit upon that throne IN HEAVEN when Christ comes and sits upon "HIS THRONE of glory" ON EARTH.
Two different thrones in two different locations and thus impossible to be ONE AND THE SAME.
The Father's throne REMAINS in heaven when Christ sits upon HIS VISIBLE THRONE ON EARTH - ruling over his VISIBLE inheritance - This proves you position to be 100% error. -

Instead you PLAY GOD and pretend you know the MIND of God in regard to specific individuals. You are a liar sir and a grevious one at that. You lie about scripture, you lie about others and the whole basis of your doctrines are perversions of the Biblical context.
