    ..... administer the ordinance of baptism?

    "Traditionally" it would seem that the pastor of BC "X" is usually the one to immerse a believer.

    That being said, what do you BB Land folks think about other people than the above (or at least someone who isn't an "officer" of BC "X") administering this ordinance? EXAMPLE: Is it OK for the father of one's child to immerse him/her??

    Our church lets the father, if a believer and church member, baptize his child he if chooses.

    I believe any believer can baptize.
