I am voting for Trump but I am not sure he won tonight unfortunately.
Who won the debate tonight?

Not even close. Trump did okay in the first 20 or so minutes because he was not too challenged. For the last hour plus, she destroyed him. She hung it out in front of him, and he chased the rabbit again and again.
He admitted probably that he hasn't paid any taxes.
He referred to the President as "YOUR" President.
He admitted that he discriminated.
He never answered the birther issue.
His grasp on International Affairs was abysmal.
In fact, in Donald Trump fashion, he didn't answer much. But he says that she's all talk. -
It should be an embarrassment to Christians to admit supporting that man.
He's got to be one of the most undisciplined candidates I've ever seen. I mean the man admitted that he didn't pay any taxes because the government would just squander it.:Cautious
Not to mention he's just rude and wouldn't follow the rules. Lester Holt should have turned his mic off. -

So it's having help when you press the person to answer the question you asked? Hillaryious!:D
Just admit that his arrogance got the better of him and he didn't prepare because he thinks he's smart enough to sell everybody on his shtick. -

Trump had a good 20-30 min but then Hilary said he was not as rich as he claimed and he lost it at that point. Trump took a lot of self-inflicted wounds, and let good opportunities pass with Clinton. You know Clinton was thanking her lucky stars when Trump was given the opportunity to go after her emails, and he spent most of the time talking about his taxes. He didn't hit her on Benghazi, agreed with her on gun control, and told the whole world that he doesn't pay taxes. Clinton for her part, also pulled her punches but didn't fall on her sword either. It was clear that she knew what was coming and prepared for it, where as Trump admitted he knew the birther question was coming and he still didn't have a good coherent answer for it.
In the end Trump supporters will claim he won, Clinton supporters will claim she won, the Media will be discussing this debate until the next one, and those of us in the #NeverTrump #NeverClinton camp have to deal with the sad fact that one of those 2 will be president and America loses. -

I'd say neither won this debate. Though, I think Mr. Trump was able to take Mrs. Clinton's measure tonight and he'll do better in the next.

All the polls I've seen with the exception of CNN has Trump winning. If people watched his speeches at his rallies they'd understand he wasn't and isn't for gun control. He's against felons having guns. Who here is in favor of felons having guns?

It's no wonder why God doesn't just explode that supervolcano underneath Yellowstone and just rid the planet of human life rather than allow us to continue to spit in His face while excusing it as politics.[emoji57]

He didn't take her measure. He knocked himself out with his own measure.

I wouldn't call that a debate, one person was spouting DNC talking points, the other two were arguing with each other.
And Trump has won every online poll post-debate, and do you know why? All the enthusiasm is on his side. He did well because he did keep his cool and had to debate two people, and she did well because she looked well enough to allay those health rumors somewhat. Her answers seemed canned and rehearsed, except on the rare occasions she was directly responding to Trump.
Still won't matter, these debates don't usually make a whit of difference in the final tally. I'd think Trumpsters stayed Trump, Hillbots stayed Hill, and the undecideds stayed undecided for now. -

I watched the whole debate. Clinton won. Trump was:
- Completely unprepared.
- Repeated the same thing over and over and over, ad nauseam
- Trump basically gave his campaign speech over and over
- Trump was extremely short on details
- Trump hurt himself with his asides, such as admitting he had not paid the architect
- Sadly he repeated a number of his proves lies
- Refused to admit he continued his birthism even after the birth certificate was released
- His <SNIFF> made <SNIFF> Hillary <SNIFF> look <SNIFF> healthy. <SNIFF><SNIFF><SNIFF>

I think that Clinton won as I myself recall the rules of debate. Hillary made numerous lying assertions but Trump, often on the defensive, was unable to refute her. Thus Hillary's viewpoint prevailed. She is a policy wonk and is highly conversant with the Democrat talking points. Her speech was entirely humorless--all about her class and her hatred of non-Democrats and her jealousy of other rich people.
On the women's issue, Trump should have challenged her defense of her sexually predatory husband and the former President's white privilege in escaping the fate of Bill Cosby.
Trump did defeat her on her stupid idea of solar panels as the Democrats squandered 600 million on them already. He also caught her in her lie about her saying that the TTP was the gold standard of trade agreements.
Other than that Hillary's barrage of words and issues were not refuted in detail generally.
Trump should just laugh at Hillary.
The audience was unruly and dishonored their agreement to refrain from applause and catcalls. They acted like thugs and diminished the quality of the debate. The moderator failed to reproach them in their disgrace.
The stuff about birtherism was a waste of time. Hillary will never admit that her campaigned dealt with the issue in 2008. Obama's publisher said that he was born in Kenya. He is recorded as a foreign student at Occident. There too many urgent issues to worry about birtherism. This is another error by the moderator and shows his frivolous approach to his work in my opinion. -
