    He's been on an Executive Order tear the past week, or so, and this leaves me to ponder if he'll try to save his health care bill should it be struck down.

    So what are your thoughts?

    Don't see how he could. I'm not an expert on the subject, but I don't think the executive branch has the legal authority to enact measures that basically levy taxes, payments, or fines on the citizens.

    We'll see in a few hours.

    You are assuming it will be struck down in totality or in part. I voted no, but I do not think the law will be struck down although I hope I am wrong. Perhaps some part but not as a whole in my opinion as to how I see the court today. My no vote was not because it is above him, but it is too close to the election for him to make another stupid move. After the election if he wins anything is possible.
