There is a rush on both biased sides to proclaim both guilt and innocence. Let the trial and jury do their jobs and accept the system that has been in place for centuries.

    You ignored the first line.
Whoever, without intent to effect the death of any person, causes the death of another

Everyone is innocent until PROVEN BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT that they are guilty.

I read the first line, it is not separate from the part I highlighted.

actually most people do leave out the "Presumed"
just one of my pet peeves

another is when people say "Quote - unquote" That means you are unquoting what you just quoted!
proper term is "Quote - end of quote"

the rush seems to be pretty much on the side of those with the narrative of painting all police as racist and killers!

Closing arguments Monday, ought to wrap it up within a week - not that up to date on what happened this week much, but the prosecutors ought to address that O level dispute. Others disagree with me, but I'm not that impressed with this judge - I have wondered if he's actually throwing the defense reasons to appeal in case of a conviction:

Chauvin Trial Day 14 Wrap-Up: Mistrial Narrowly Avoided, Closing Arguments Monday (legalinsurrection.com)

I think what's-his-name Nelson thinks he's winning the case. else he would've put on some defense witnesses, maybe even Chauvin himself but it sounds like they went medi-babble and he's on tape to boot. That's another thing I hope Nelson brings up in closing - is Chauvin really stupid enough to let himself be filmed "committing murder" in front of scores of witnesses and how come others have survived these holds that are a lot smaller and weaker than Floyd?

These jurors know it's going to burn unless they convict on 2nd degree, and now they got that other thug to wring their hands over, it's going to burn anyways. DEFUND THE POLICE, that's the answer.
