Hey everyone, I know I have not been on the bb in a long time but I am back for now.
I know that I can hear a song and it can really change the way I feel and the way I think. I love music and I was hoping that maybe some of you would share some of the words to the songs that have helped you threw differnt things.

Sara Evans, Brad Paisley - New Again Lyrics
Mother - do not cry for me
All of this is exactly how it's supposed to be
I'm right here. Can you hear my voice?
My life, my love, my Lord....my baby boy
As they nail me to this tree
Just know my Father waits for me
God how can this be your will?
To have your son and my son killed?
Whatever happens...whatever you see...
Whatever your eyes tell you has become of me
This is not...
Not the end...
I am making all things new again
I remember when you were born
In that manger where I first held
You in my arms
So many miracles and lives you've changed
And this world repays you how?
With all this pain -
:thumbs:I Love to Tell the Story
- A. Catherine Hankey (1834-1911)
I love to tell the story
of unseen things above,
of Jesus and his glory,
of Jesus and his love;
I love to tell the story
because I know 'tis true,
it satisfies my longings
as nothing else can do.
<CHORUS>
I love to tell the story!
'Twill be my theme in glory -
to tell the old, old story
Of Jesus and His love.
I love to tell the story -
more wonderful it seems
than all the golden fancies
of all our golden dreams;
I love to tell the story -
it did so much for me,
and that is just the reason
I tell it now to thee.
I love to tell the story -
'Tis pleasant to repeat
what seems, each time I tell it,
more wonderfully sweet;
I love to tell the story
for some have never heard
The message of salvation
from God's own Holy Word.
I love to tell the story,
for those who know it best
seem hungering and thirsting
to hear it like the rest;
And when in scenes of glory
I sing the new, new song,
'Twill be the old, old story
that I have loved so long. -
I Stand Redeemed (By Oklahoma Baptist College)
When I think of all my faults and my failures,
When I consider all the times I've let God down,
I am humbled by the grace He has extended,
I'm amazed at the mercy I have found,
I could never earn His love on my own,
And everytime I come before His throne,
I stand redeemed,
by the blood of the Lamb,
I stand redeemed,
Before the Great I Am,
When He looks at me,
He sees the nail-scarred hand,
That bought my liberty,
I stand redeemed,
Even at my best,
I am unworthy,
I have nothing precious I could give,
A broken life is all I have to offer,
And yet, it is a price that's good to Him,
The bitter mark of sin will never fade away,
But I can come before Him unashamed,
I stand redeemed,
by the blood of the Lamb,
I stand redeemed,
Before the Great I Am,
When He looks at me,
He sees the nail-scarred hand,
That bought my liberty,
I stand redeemed,
I stand redeemed,
I stand redeemed.

You and Me
Lowana Wallace
I didn’t expect it all
Over and wonderful
Listen so loud or fall head over heels in love
Speak like a waterfall
Sing like a symphony
Love so unusual
Sweet undeniably
Chorus:
You and me
Your arms are forever enough
And you knowing me
Still catch me as we fall in love
I couldn’t give it all
Bigger with me so small
My voice could never sing
Worship means everything
And I will never know
How you still give me wings
I know you know everything
So smile cause I’m thinking of
Chorus(x2)
Bridge:
I owe it all to you
Every song I do
I owe it all to you
Every song I do
You never needed to be in love with me
You never needed to be in love with me
Chorus(x2)
You and me

Halleujah Square
Ray Overholt
I saw a blind man, tapping along,
Losing his way as he passed through the throng
Tears filled my eyes I said
Friend, you can't see
With a smile on his face,
He replied to me.
Chorus:
I'll see all my friends in Halleujah Square
What a wonderful time
We'll all have up there
We'll sing and praise Jesus
His glory to share
What a wonderful time
And you'll not see one blind man
In Halleujah Square
Now I saw a cripple,
Dragging his feet
He could not walk
Like we do down the street;
I said, "My friend, I feel sorry for you",
But he said,
"Up in heaven, I'm gonna walk just like you."
Chorus:
I'll see all my friends in Halleujah Square
What a wonderful time
We'll all have up there
We'll sing and praise Jesus
His glory to share
What a wonderful time
And you'll not see one cripple
In Halleujah Square
Now I saw an old man, gasping for breath,
Soon he'd be gone as his eyes closed in death
He look at me, said, "Boy,don't look so blue,
I'm going up to heaven,
- - How about you?"
I'll see all my friends in Halleujah Square
What a wonderful time
We'll all have up there
We'll sing and praise Jesus
His glory to share
What a wonderful time
And we'll all live forever

People Need the Lord
Greg Nelson and Phill McHugh
Every day they pass me by.
I can see it in their eye;
Empty people filled with care,
Headed who knows where
On they go through private pain,
Living fear to fear.
Laughter hides their silent cries
Only Jesus hears.
Chorus:
People need the Lord.
People need the Lord.
At the end of broken dreams
He's the open door.
People need the Lord
People need the Lord
When will we realize
People need the Lord.
We are called to send His light
To a world where wrong seems right
What could be too great a cost
Sharing life with one who's lost.
Through His love our hearts can feel
All the grief they bear.
They must hear the words of life
Only we can share.
Chorus:
People need the Lord.
People need the Lord.
At the end of broken dreams
He's the open door.
People need the Lord
People need the Lord
When will we realize
That we must give our lives
For People need the Lord....
People need the Lord.
Remember... People need the Lord -
I love that song in church when I was in the sixth grade. (people need the Lord)

Shawn McDonald
Take My Hand.
Take my hand to the promise land
And on You I want to stand
‘Cause I cannot do it on my own
You're what I need and I need to be
Right by Your side ‘cause I cannot hide
Lord, I know that I need You
Na na na na na na na na na, I need You
Na na na na na na na na na, I need You
Without You I'm so alone
I am weak but You are strong
You pick me up when I'm falling down
And I am crying
Out to You inside of my heart
I need You, Lord, oh so, for the part
I want You to have my life, Jesus
I fall to my knees
And I'm begging You, please, oh, Lord
Won't You change me
Make me new from the inside out
I want to shout out Your name -
Um, the song I have doesn't have lyrics
