Would Thomas Jefferson be interviewed by Rick Warren

    The author of that article shows her distain in the very opening paragraph. She fell prey to the informal fallacy of using loaded language right off the bat when she said:
    It was not a set up, nor was it a religious interrogation. It was completely voluntary and the candidates did not have to accept the invotation to the event.

    Likewise, she shows her apparent ignorance of US history by attempting to link her article to Thomas Jefferson. Jefferson was in regular coorespondance with religious groups like the Danberry Baptist Association.
